How do you achieve a vintage look:
1- Do you spend a lot of money on a “vintage” dress?
2- Do you scout vintage and thrift stores?
3- Do you create a vintage look?
Well, for me I would go with question number 3. I wore my beautiful ivory lace feminine dress. I added a 3 flower pins. I complemented the outfit with a colorful floral tights. Here is my vintage look. Let me know what you think.
P.S: The cup with the nose on it is for fun only.
My vintage look
I was walking down Union Square in San Francisco this afternoon when a pretty lady stopped and asked me about my clutch. She asked me if this the new $1300 Alexander Mcqueen clutch. I said “Oh no!” I told her that I sell it on my website for $59.99. This wonderful gesture gave me the idea of sharing with you some of the dresses that I sell on my site for under $30 but look like a million bucks. So enjoy:
Maxi Dress: $24.99
Neon Color Block: $29.99
Polka Dot Dress: $29.99
My husband and I decided to go to downtown San Francisco. Excited, I put on my vintage outfit. While in SF my husband suggested that we visit the Golden Gate Park. High heels and fully dressed, I said “hmmm. the park? ok why not?” After all what is better than spending your day off between the arms of nature? Also, to get you in the mood, I applied some vintage filtering on my photos.
My husband and I were invited to a dinner party last night. The host asked me to bring some kind of dessert. However, I was super busy with my new fashion website. I had to pull a rabbit from the hat, but instead I pulled some ricotta cheese, honey, and a lot of strawberries from the fridge. This easy and simple recipes made me look like the greatest chef in the world (well I’d like to think so.) So here is the secret:
You will need only 4 Ingredients: Strawberries of course, Ricotta Cheese, Grounded Pistachios, and Honey.
- Get as many strawberries as you want and core them with a thin apple peeler or any other similar kitchen tool. I used a tool that I usually use to core zucchinis.
- Use your judgments to fill the cored strawberries with the enough amount of Ricotta Cheese.
- Dip them in grounded pistachios .
- I used honey as my sweetener but any other syrup would taste as good as well.
You are done. Yes, your are done. Look at these delicious photos if you don’t believe me.

I need to emphasize that while my imagination goes wild most of the times, there is no doubt that my outfit are inspired from various people. Be it a celebrity or an average Jane walking down the street: if I turn my head to see what you are wearing then more power to you. My outfit here was inspired by J Lo. Needless to say that I love beauty and style and as my old friend “Yves” says:

I never thought that one day I would greet the whole world. “Hello world!” My name is Racha Moussa. A housewife and a fashion maniac. Yes I said it. I am obsessed with fashion. I eat it, drink it, and I breath it. Everything around me has to be stylish. From my home decor to my outfit and attire.
Born and raised in Lebanon, a small Mediterranean country, I moved to the US in 2010. Here I learned that fashion does not cost a lot of money. Do not take me wrong, let’s be real, some of my “dream” fashion is super expensive. But with some intelligence, flavored with craziness, your outfits can be “unmatched.” (matching but unmatched that is ) So why this blog:
1- To share with the world my love for fashion.
2- To share with the world ideas and tips on how to look best without breaking the bank.
3- To share with the world my new online store: rulehim.com
So now sit back, relax, and wait for my next posts
